This Privacy Policy governs the procedures for processing and protecting the Personal Data of users of the website 4vpartners.com, owned by 4V Partners LLP (BIN 260340017939), with its registered address at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty Region, Alatau, Zhetigen microdistrict, Zhambyla lane 3, postal code 040711.

The Operator processes Personal Data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection".

Personal Data provided by users via contact forms (name, telephone, email, company name, comment) is not transferred to third parties, save where required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Anonymised technical data about website visits (pages viewed, traffic source, device type, on-page behaviour) may be transferred to web analytics services — see clause 6.1.

6.1. Use of Web Analytics Services

The website uses the following services to collect anonymised visit statistics:

• Google Analytics 4 — operated by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Data is transferred in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Yandex.Metrica — operated by Yandex LLC (16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia). Includes the "Session Replay" feature — an anonymised recording of user actions on the website (cursor movement, clicks, scrolling) for usability analysis. Data is transferred in accordance with the Yandex Terms of Use: yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse

These services do not have access to the contents of contact forms. A detailed description of cookies used is provided in the Cookie Policy.

7. Retention Period

Data is retained no longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing.

8. User Rights

The user is entitled to:

• Receive information about their data
• Request that it be amended or deleted
• Withdraw consent
